How to cook our pasta
Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a big, rapid boil.
Add a generous pinch of sea salt.
Now, time for the pasta.
Boil for 11-14 minutes or until al dente. Stir occasionally. Be sure to make extra, lots extra. Because this tastes great on leftover day. And the day after that.
Drain, serve and enjoy!

I recently used the 3 Farm Daughters Elbow Pasta to make a delicious mac & cheese, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! I shredded some cheese, added butter, milk, and a pinch of salt. The pasta cooked perfectly, and the dish came out creamy and flavorful and deliciously al dente. The best part is knowing I’m serving a treat that’s also healthy for my family. I’ll definitely be making this again!

The elbows are the absolute best. They hold up in hot dishes and cold pasta salads and do NOT get get mushy!
I was looking for an alternative to the pasta I was using, because I can no longer find it at the grocery store. I read the reviews for this brand and decided to try it. It was a wonderful decision. I made macaroni salad. Could not tell the difference from "regular " pasta. Tasted great, was firm not sticky. Will be ordering again. Thank you! Wonderful product!
