Get ready for a little SPRINKLE in the PASTA AISLE... Introducing our new High Fiber Orzo being brought to you in collaboration with Food Network Star, Molly Yeh!

High-fiber, low-net-carb, low-GI, farm-to-table pasta made from just wheat flour and durum wheat semolina.  This bulk pack is available in a four (4) pack which includes four (4) 12-oz boxes or eight (8) 12-oz boxes of premium, bronze cut orzo pasta.

Superstar Ingredient + Low Glycemic Index
Made from our specialty non-GMO, farm-grown wheat that naturally yields higher resistant starch fiber. This slows digestion, supports satiety, feeds the microbiome, and delivers a naturally low glycemic index with lower net carbs and higher protein—without sacrificing taste or texture.

Supports Gut Health & Better-For-You Eating
Each serving contains 9g of fiber and 8g of protein—4.5× the fiber of traditional pasta with 10% fewer calories. A crave-worthy pasta option packed with prebiotic fiber that supports gut health and everyday wellness.

Simple Ingredients, Exceptional Taste & Texture
Kosher certified, non-GMO, sodium-free, and made with just two ingredients: wheat flour and durum semolina flour. Bronze-cut for a hearty bite and superior sauce cling—clean label pasta customers come back for.

How to cook our pasta

Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a big, rapid boil.

Add a generous pinch of sea salt.

Now, time for the pasta.

Boil for 11-14 minutes or until al dente. Stir occasionally. Be sure to make extra, lots extra. Because this tastes great on leftover day. And the day after that.

Drain, serve and enjoy!
