How to cook our pasta

Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a big, rapid boil.

Add a generous pinch of sea salt.

Now, time for the pasta.

Boil for 11-14 minutes or until al dente. Stir occasionally. Be sure to make extra, lots extra. Because this tastes great on leftover day. And the day after that.

Meet Molly yeh
