Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a big, rapid boil.
Add a generous pinch of sea salt.
Now, time for the pasta.
Boil for 11-14 minutes or until al dente. Stir occasionally. Be sure to make extra, lots extra. Because this tastes great on leftover day. And the day after that.
Drain, serve and enjoy!

Ok let’s talk folks! This pasta is 100% what it claims to be . I made my first box per the package directions and used it in a cooked pasta dish baked with sauce. It held up great. It still held al dente consistency 4 days later . It refrigerated well without falling apart and reheated equally well the taste of this pasta is great. It’s a true 5 star ! Thanks 3 farm daughters for a great product . Can’t wait to try it in more recipes.

The pasta is harder than most pastas. I like the female led part, and clean ingredients. I will have to get used to the texture.

Sent the Gift Set to an Italian family who loved the pasta. I would suggest a flyer being include in the Gift Set to inform the receiver of your background and other info relating to the pasta. This would enhance the gift and the receiver would have the opportunity to order more of your product. I personally thought the article in North Dakota living was a winner!

I am what you call gluten intolerance, and I have tried other pastas, including gluten-free and have been so unsatisfied. This has been amazing as I had no reactions, no tummy ache and the flavor was fantastic. I have already recommended to other friends and family. On a sidenote, I did not get my sticker in the box and I was sad as I love to collect stickers even as a 53-year-old. I do look forward to ordering again thank you.
