How to cook our pasta
Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a big, rapid boil.
Add a generous pinch of sea salt.
Now, time for the pasta.
Boil for 11-14 minutes or until al dente. Stir occasionally. Be sure to make extra, lots extra. Because this tastes great on leftover day. And the day after that.
Drain, serve and enjoy!

Got the variety pack. This is a family favorite. Not only does it taste great, but we notice that this pasta fills us up faster because of it being high fiber. Great flavor - even though it’s high fiber, it doesn’t taste like cardboard like some other brands. We have this weekly! Use it for traditional means like pasta with meatballs, but have also cooked it on our InstaPot for Cajun sausage pasta.

Italian beef with onions, peppers, garlic, marinara, mozzarella and parmesan, and of course, some of your tasty elbow macaroni! It was a one-pan recipe. Forgot to get a pic from the pan, but this was leftovers that I brought in for lunch today.
I highly recommend this pasta. I love that it is grown, milled, and made in the USA. I love that is a small American family business run by 3 sisters who grew up on a farm in the Dakotas. I love that it contains only 2 ingredients - simple, clean food. I love that it has much more fiber and more protein than traditional pasta and that those nutrients are from those 2 simple ingredients rather than additives. I love that it is bronze cut (I think that’s the term) so that the surface texture holds whatever sauce or dressing I put on it. And I love the taste and texture, it makes a delicious meal like my slow cooker veggie macaroni and cheese.
Packing around boxes was inadequate 2 of the 4 boxes were open Cardboard used for pasta boxes is not thick enough or the top of the box needs a more secure method of staying closed during shipping

We eat a lot of pasta in our house. It is a staple for the kids when you need that meal no one will be picky about. Finding a pasta that offers the extra benefits of fiber without the whole wheat taste was huge! Having a pasta that doesn't get mushy when I need to keep food hot while farm chores finish is a wonderful thing too. My kids love "the pasta people pasta" as they call it, and I love that it gets them extra nutrition they don't know about. Win, win.

I am an 81-year old with type-2 diabetes and an Italian stomach. I could literally live on pasta but have been forced to cut way back on carbs. I have tried various pasta products claiming to be lower in carbs and they are BUT the texture is all wrong. I was so excited to see an ad for 3 Farm Daughters' pasta products and ordered a variety box of short cut pasta. WOW! Looks like pasta. Smells like pasta. Tastes like pasta and feels like pasta! Winner! I used the elbow macaroni in macaroni salad and cavatappi in American chop suey. Both were great! I have now just ordered vermicelli because it is as close as I can get to angel hair and I can't wait to get it.
I have been buying 3 Farm Daughters products for a year now. My family enjoys every one of their products that we have bought. For years now, I haven't been able to eat pasta, it made my stomach hurt, bloat then at times bloat or diarrhea. I was the ad for 3 Farm Daughters. I said sure. Yeah, just l8ke the rest, but I kept seeing it, so I went to their page, I read it thought I would try it. So ai ordered a 4 assorted package. It came fast, it set on the table for awhile. I WAS SCARED AGAIN! But today, I made.pasta!! Ate a large amount..waited for the pain Six hours later no pain!! No bloat! Thank you ladies, I can have my pasta again!!

I love this pasta the taste the texture, and the fact that it does not rapidly raise my blood sugar. I have recommended it too many people and I even bought a simple gift for my sister who also really likes it.

The pasta us wonderful! We've been eating keto carnivore for over a year, and have really missed 'normal' pasta. I've seen other brands of lower carb protein pastas , but they seemed quite expensive. The price for yours seemed reasonable, and I am really glad I bought the 4 pack. I made Mac n cheese the day it arrived... YUM! The big test came that night with my husband's blood sugar, since he is diabetic. Woohoo, NO SPIKE! So now we again can have some favorites and not have to pay a price, blood sugar-wise.

Wow is my first thought. This pasta is amazing. Just by looking at it, you know it's gonna be good. The pasta holds all types of sauces, and the flavor and texture is better than anything on the grocery store shelves. My new go-to pasta.
