How to cook our pasta
Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a big, rapid boil.
Add a generous pinch of sea salt.
Now, time for the pasta.
Boil for 11-14 minutes or until al dente. Stir occasionally. Be sure to make extra, lots extra. Because this tastes great on leftover day. And the day after that.
Drain, serve and enjoy!

Super-tasty pasta! Hard to believe it has nine grams of fiber— I’m so curious how they make it because it is a much lighter color than whole wheat pasta. We enjoyed this with a browned butter, sage, and butternut squash sauce.
I love the fact that you can’t over cook it. Comes out Al Dante every time
My favorite for arrabiatta and spicy sausage
I used the cavatappi in macaroni and cheese, and added broccoli. I tasted the pasta by itself; it was delicious! The mac and cheese turned proved very tasty. I am very grateful to have wheat pasta available with high fiber; I recommend this!
This pasta is incredible. It has a great taste and cooks up great. It also reheats great for another meal. My digestion is affected by a lot of other pastas, but not this pasta. We especially love the cavatappi shape because it holds sauce so well and it fits so well in a pasta spoon. We are in love with 3 Farm Daughters' pasta!
Pleased with fiber content
I grew up with spaghetti being slightly mushy and tasteless. Later I went organic and tasted exotic pastas made with peas and beans and who remembers what else. My conclusion? Eh. Some had some firmness when cooked; some had a bit of taste. All seemed pretentious attempts to elevate the common pasta. Then I discovered Three Farm Daughters and was stunned: This pasta was firm, and tasty with just 2 simple ingredients. I also liked the feminist feel to the name. and the high fiber content. I now always have half a dozen boxes in my pantry and am a loyal consumer. I assume that while not necessarily organic, this pasta is free from insecticides and other forever bad chemicals. I would love it if they ever decided to make a lemon flavored ziti.

My wife and I chose this pasta for its fiber content and simple ingredients. My kids (one in particular) eat pasta 4-5 times a week and it's one of our "go-tos" on the food rotation. I pretty much never eat pasta because it's the dreaded "beige food". But this is LEGIT body-health food. How can they pack so much fiber and protein into food with just two ingredients, both of which are wheat? I'm tempted to say its's some kind of sorcery, but apparently it's just quality ingredients which is something I really strive for. And I LOVE the texture, so firm yet bouncy lol. Pasta is back on my plate thanks to these guys. Or girls. 💕
