Italian Pasta Salad
Three Farm Daughters
We grew up eating this salad all of the time! It's fairly quick to prepare and all of the veggies create a lot of color on the plate! This is a great recipe "salad" to bring to cook outs! Just double or triple the recipe!
One Box Three Farm Daughters Fusilli
1 cup Broccoli, cut
1 cup Cauliflower, cut
1 cup green olives, cut in half
1 cup black olives, cut in half
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
3-5 green onions, sliced
5 celery stocks, sliced (about 1 cup)
2.5-3 Cups Zesty Italian Dressing
Boil pasta according to back of package instructions. Add Salt to the water while boiling.
Once pasta is cooked, strain and rinse with cold water.
Slice all vegetables.
Combine all ingredients in a big bowl and add Italian dressing on top.
You can add more veggies and dressing if you'd like!
