Pasta Preparation
Add cream, cheese, and spices to saucepan. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium low
Add milk
Cover & let simmer for 20 min on medium low or until the cheese thickens.
While that is simmering, cook 3 Farm Daughters Penne in boiling water for 11-13 min.
Once sauce has reached its desired creamy texture, add your pasta to your sauce.
Meatball Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Mix bread crumbs, Romano cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper together in a large bowl; stir in water and eggs. Add ground beef and mix until well combined. Form mixture into balls and place on a nonstick baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven cooked through and evenly browned, about 30 minutes.
Place meatballs on top of pasta & enjoy!
