Creamy Pumpkin Pasta

There's one dish that captures the essence of fall like no other- Creamy Pumpkin Pasta. This blend of creamy, velvety pumpkin sauce and al dente pasta is a celebration of the season. 1 box of 3 Far Daughters Pasta
1 15-ounce can of Pumpkin Puree
1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
3/4 cup of Reserved Pasta Water
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
Salt and Pepper, to taste
A sprinkle of Nutmeg for garnish
Cook 3 Farm Daughters Pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
Once cooked, drain the pasta, but be sure to reserve 3/4 cup of the pasta water for later use.
In a large skillet or pan, heat 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil over medium heat.
Add the minced Garlic Cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and slightly golden.
Add the entire can of Pumpkin Puree to the skillet with the sautéed garlic.
Pour in the reserved 3/4 cup of Pasta Water to the pan.
Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
Stir the mixture well to combine all the ingredients.
Pour in the 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream, stirring until the sauce is creamy and well combined.
Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly, while continuing to stir.
Ladle the creamy pumpkin sauce over the plated & cooked pasta.
Finish by sprinkling a pinch of Nutmeg as a garnish for a delightful aroma and flavor.
