Citrus Cilantro Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
¼ cup olive oil
Lime juice from one lime
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 oz 3 Farm Daughters Spaghetti
4 tbsp. butter
3 tsp. minced garlic
¼ cup no salt added chicken broth
¼ cup white wine
One bunch of freshly chopped cilantro
Red pepper flakes to preference
Lime slices, for serving
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and cumin in a medium bowl. Toss in shrimp and refrigerate for 15 min.
Boil 3 Farm Daughters spaghetti per package instructions. Drain & set aside.
In a large skillet heat 2 tbsp of butter. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook until pink, approximately 2 min per side. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
Add 2 tbsp. butter to skillet. When melted, stir in garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 1 min. Add chicken broth and wine and bring to a simmer.
Add cooked pasta and shrimp to skillet & toss. Add red pepper flakes, salt & pepper to taste. Serve warm topped with cilantro. Enjoy!
