Secret veggies mixed with a white cheddar cheese sauce, who can say no to that? We hope you enjoy!
Ingredients
½ head of cauliflower cut into florets
3 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp flour
1 tsp ground mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
2 cups milk
8oz shredded White Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees and grease a 9x13 pan.
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. When roaring, add in pasta and cauliflower. Cooking until al dente ~ 8-10 minutes.
Drain pasta and cauliflower and transfer to your prepared baking dish.
In the same pot, rinse and place it back on the stove.
Melt butter over medium heat and add in your flour, dry mustard and garlic powder. Stir everything together.
Add in milk and whisk until it is smooth and thick. Once the milk starts to bubble (5 minutes) reduce the heat and add in shredded white cheddar cheese.
Stir everything together until melted and pour over your pasta and cauliflower. Sprinkle on Lowry's seasoning salt and pepper.
Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy!
