Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor. This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Farmer Focus and 3 Farm Daughters (collectively, the “Sponsors”). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of the Sponsors are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on the date the giveaway post is published on Instagram and ends at 11:59 PM CST on January 22, 2026. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter. To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotion Period:

- Like the official giveaway post on Instagram

- Follow @farmerfocus and @3farmerdaughters on Instagram

- Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the giveaway post and share your favorite chicken + pasta recipe

Each qualifying comment counts as one (1) entry. Unlimited entries are allowed provided each entry tags different accounts. Use of bots, automated systems, or spam entries is prohibited.

5. Prize.

One (1) winner will receive:

- One (1) 6-quart Caraway Dutch Oven

- One (1) kitchen utensil kit

- One (1) pasta variety pack from 3 Farm Daughters

- (5) Farmer Focus Coupon: Free any one (1) Farmer Focus ORGANIC fresh chicken product, any weight up to $29.99.

Prizes will be shipped individually from each brand and are expected to ship by January 24, 2026.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be provided.

6. Winner Selection & Notification. The winner will be selected at random and notified via Instagram Direct Message.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Shipping & Taxes. Shipping is available to U.S. addresses only.

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Release & Limitation of Liability. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsors and Instagram from any liability arising from participation or use of the prize.

9. Publicity. By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for Sponsors to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes.

10. General Conditions. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if necessary.

Decisions of the Sponsors are final.
